I searched for a group of women like me. I couldn't find one. So I created my own.
Here's what I kept running into. There's a room for women who want to date again, and a room for women who want to heal. There wasn't a room for women who are simply happy on their own and a little lonely for their people. Women who love a clean bathroom, a quiet Saturday, and a bank account nobody else touches. Women who still want a table full of friends who get it.
So we built the table. Once a month we have Girl Dinner with speakers worth logging on for, and you can show up in your jammies, from your bed or your car. There's a book club that always goes off topic, and nobody minds if you only read half. There's a Travel Club for adventures with your girlfriends. And every weekday there's the Get Sh*t Done Hour, where you can knock one thing off your to-do list or just find someone to talk to.
No dating advice. No pity. Just grown women living single, out loud, together.
